Processing times for your order to leave our facility are dependent on volume of orders (processing times may be extended during holidays and sale events).
Regular volume processing times are 48 to 72 hours (excludes weekends).
When shipping within continental US, your order will arrive within 3 to 5 days. Delivery estimates are based on your location and selected shipping speed.
The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.
International shipments are processed on a case-by-case basis. We will contact you with a shipping rate once the order has been picked. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
We will make every effort to accomodate your preferred shipping option. Ecstasy Crafts reserves the right to select a different shipping method than that selected by the customer in cases where shipping by courier is not available or economically non feasible. In such cases, the customer will be contacted before the item ships.
